We believe healing requires nourishment. You will be fully supported throughout the 9-hour immersion with:

Chris Holmes is a firewalking instructor, mental strength coach, and licensed osteopath who helps people break limits—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
A certified firewalking, mental strength and cold‑water instructor, Chris guides individuals through transformative experiences that build confidence, resilience, and a deep sense of personal power. His sessions blend ancient traditions with modern psychology, creating a safe, energising space for people to confront fear and discover what they’re truly capable of.
Alongside this, Chris is a skilled osteopath who uses hands‑on treatment, movement, and lifestyle guidance to restore balance and long‑term wellbeing.
Across all disciplines, Chris’s mission is simple: unlock human potential and help people live boldly.
